Our Origins
MAGLEZ Engineering and Contractors was founded in 1986 in Florida, Puerto Rico, by Mr. Miguel González González. Starting with just a single backhoe loader and a strong desire to succeed, he took his first steps into the construction world. What began with small excavation and earth-moving projects soon expanded after a key opportunity in the pharmaceutical industry, where his commitment and work ethic positioned him as a trusted contractor.
In 2006, his son, Mr. Miguel González Rivera, took over leadership with an ambitious and strategic vision. Under his direction, MAGLEZ has expanded into large-scale federal and municipal projects while remaining a family-owned business proud of its roots and united by values of hard work, loyalty, and collective growth.
