Project Highlights

Fire Safety Improvements

Installed new fire station.
Replaced the fire alarm control panel.
Pressure tested the system.
Replaced check valves and pressure gauges.

Structural and Facility Maintenance

Sealed the water tank inside and outside.
Painted all exterior office structures.

Security and Monitoring

Upgraded exterior lighting and security cameras.
Installed a monitor to view and record footage from the 14 tunnel cameras.
Programmed the system for remote access to the tunnel camera feed from the Caguas Regional Office.

Mechanical and Fuel System Maintenance

Maintained the water pump motor.
Replaced diesel fuel lines.
Cleaned and serviced the diesel tank (interior and exterior).
