To ease traffic and improve the town’s entrance, Puerto Rico’s first-ever roundabout was built alongside the El Josco Scenic Overlook, combining safer roads with a welcoming space that reflects Vega Alta’s pride and charm.
El Josco Scenic Overlook was created as a welcoming public space where residents and visitors can enjoy a sense of community pride.
Together, these projects blend functionality with beauty—enhancing both mobility and the character of the town.
